LED Fluorescence Microscope Multi-Channel 'NX-4100FLM'

A fluorescence microscope with an upright design equipped with three fluorescent filters and featuring Chroma fluorescent filters and Nikkai LED light source.

This is an upright LED fluorescence microscope equipped with three types of fluorescence filters. It features a turret design that allows for easy switching of fluorescence filters. The LED excitation light source includes three types: UV, B, and G, which can be switched according to the fluorescence filter in use. We offer two sets: an LP set with three types of long-pass filters and a BP set with three types of band-pass filters, compatible with typical fluorescent dyes. You can also customize the filter configuration to your preference. It uses high-quality Chroma fluorescence filters, providing excellent fluorescence images. The microscope features an infinity-corrected optical system and comes standard with plan achromat objective lenses, delivering clear and sharp images even at the periphery of the field of view. Optional low autofluorescence objective lenses are also available. Brightfield observation is also possible, allowing for switching between fluorescence and brightfield observations. The eyepiece lenses are wide-field and designed for high eye-point use, making it possible to observe while wearing glasses. The eyepiece section is at a convenient height for observation, and the stage is low, providing excellent operability and allowing for comfortable positioning during observation. It is also possible to attach a microscope camera. We offer high-sensitivity cameras and cooled cameras that are ideal for observing fluorescence images.
